Ms. Kirste Webb is a seasoned business development professional with more than 35 years' experience providing support in all facets of business development, strategy and growth. As Chief Growth Officer for the Heal Group and TFE Inc., Ms. Webb builds and drives the corporate strategy for growth for all Heal Group subsidiaries and teaming partners. Her experience includes working with companies to define their overall objectives for growth, building strategies to achieve those objectives, and defining and pursuing opportunities. Ms. Webb has worked with both large and small businesses and provides extensive experience negotiating teaming arrangements to include mentor-protégé arrangements, prime-subcontractor teaming arrangements, and multi-purpose and single-purpose joint ventures. She has supported a variety of industries including architect/engineering/construction, environmental services, manufacturing, and anti-terrorism and other security services. Her customers have primarily been Federal agencies to include the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and U.S. Department of Interior (DOI).

 

Ms. Webb also serves as a volunteer counselor with the East Tennessee Procurement Technical Assistance Center. She has been an active volunteer supporting the Professional Services Council (PSC) Vision Forecast and serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the PSC Civilian Agencies Council. She achieved Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification – Foundation Level and is a Fellow of APMP. She holds MBA with a Marketing Emphasis and a B.S. Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
