Information Governance specializes in strategizing and planning for how information should be organized, managed, and secured. TFE provides a full suite of records management services to Federal and commercial clients, including scanning and imaging, indexing, electronic records management system (ERMS) operations, records storage solutions, and destruction services. TFE’s records storage facilities are equipped to meet security and environmental control regulations. Our facilities have passed U.S. DOE and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) audits.

 

TFE designed, constructed, owns, and operates a $3.5M records center in Carlsbad, NM. This 105,712-cubic-foot, U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) approved and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA-1) compliant facility provides comprehensive records management, storage, and archiving services for Government and commercial clients. Our Carlsbad records center is 1 of only 41 NARA-approved facilities in the nation. (Note: NQA-1 is a national consensus standard for quality assurance in the nuclear industry.) TFE also operates an underground, climate-controlled, high security, NARA-compliant records center in Kansas City, MO.
